1. Use of Services

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features (e.g., booking classes, viewing personalized content), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at foundersoffice@soulsanskar.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

1.4 Trial Classes

Each user is entitled to one (1) trial in the Prenatal yoga program and one (1) trial in the Postnatal yoga program. Repeat trials in the same program will not be permitted.

2. Payments & Refunds

2.1 Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Razorpay, our secure third-party payment processor, for both Indian and international transactions. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary:

• Prenatal Elite: Refunds only for miscarriage or medically confirmed abortion, with documentation.
• Postnatal Elite: Non-refundable; a one-time 15-day pause is available for enrolments of 3 months or more.
• No instructor guarantee — change of instructor is not a ground for refund.
• Paid doctor chat consultations: Refundable until a doctor is assigned; the refund window closes once the doctor sends the first message.
• SoulAI courses: Pro-rata refund via the app.
• Subscriptions (e.g., Baby Tracker): Cancel before the renewal date; no refund for a cycle already charged.

3. Health & Wellness Acknowledgement

Our programs (including prenatal yoga, postnatal care, Hypnobirthing, and related guidance) are developed with care, but:

• We do not provide medical advice and are not a substitute for a licensed medical professional.
• Always consult your doctor before starting or continuing any exercise, especially during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
• Use of our services is at your own risk. Pregnancy involves inherent physical risks, and you release Soul Sanskar from liability for any injury or medical issue arising from your use of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, graphics, classes, branding, and materials on our website and app are the property of Soul Sanskar or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

By submitting content (e.g., feedback, testimonials, posts), you grant Soul Sanskar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, adapt, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or pregnancy-related information
• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Copy, scrape, or download class content without permission
• Harass or harm other users, instructors, or team members
• Circumvent security or payment features of the platform

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific outcomes from using our platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soul Sanskar will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income, reputation, or business, or injury or discomfort arising from exercises or wellness practices.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are accessing our services from outside India, these Terms shall still be governed by Indian law.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services if you violate these Terms, misuse our platform, or engage in illegal activities.
