Delete your Soul Sanskar account

You can delete your Soul Sanskar account and the personal data we hold for you. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — From the app (fastest)

Open the Soul Sanskar app and go to Settings → Account actions → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

“This will start a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, all your data — bookings, chats, baby tracker, payment history — will be permanently anonymised.”
“You can cancel this from Settings any time during the grace period.”

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@soulsanskar.com with the subject Account deletion request, from your registered email address, and include:

  • your full name,
  • the email address registered on the account,
  • the phone number registered on the account (the one that receives your WhatsApp OTP).

We verify the request before deleting, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, phone, timezone, city/region, language.
  • Your pregnancy and baby records: due date / delivery date, weekly check-ins and symptoms, feed, sleep, nappy, weight and height logs, vaccination records.
  • Your bookings and class attendance history.
  • Your SoulAI chats and your conversations with our team.
  • Files you uploaded to the Medical Vault: medical reports, prescriptions and clinical photos.
  • Your payment records are anonymised — they stop being linked to you.

What we keep, and why

  • Invoices and GST records, as Indian tax law requires us to retain them for the statutory period. They are kept for accounting only and are not used to contact you.
  • Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

Your request is honoured within 30 days. During the 30-day grace period the account is frozen and you can cancel the deletion from the app. After the grace period the deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Important — app-store subscriptions

“Deleting your account does not cancel your app-store subscription — it keeps billing until you cancel it with the store.”

To cancel a subscription bought inside the app:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Soul Sanskar → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Soul Sanskar → Cancel.

Subscriptions or programs paid on our website or by Razorpay (trial class, consultations, Elite care program, recorded courses) are cancelled by us — email support@soulsanskar.com or see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Signed in with Apple?

If you created the account with Sign in with Apple, deleting the account also revokes Soul Sanskar's access to your Apple ID.
