Soul Sanskar Healthcare Private Limited ("Soul Sanskar," "we," "our," or "us") values your trust. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information You Give Us

  • Account details: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
  • Pregnancy profile: stage (TTC / Prenatal / Postnatal), current week, expected due date.
  • Health documents: scans, prescriptions, and reports you upload to the Medical Vault.
  • Weight entries you log.
  • Messages you send in doctor consultations or SoulAI chats.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device type, app version, and operating system.
  • Usage events (onboarding, bookings, video views) for product analytics.
  • Approximate IP address.

3. How We Use It

  • Deliver the service: book classes, personalize daily tips, run consultations.
  • Send transactional notifications: class reminders, booking confirmations, OTPs.
  • Improve the product: aggregated funnel analytics, class quality feedback.
  • Keep the service safe: fraud prevention, rate limiting.

4. Who We Share It With

  • Your instructors and consulting doctors — only the data they need to deliver your class or consultation.
  • Payment processor (Razorpay) — to process transactions. They never see your medical data.
  • WhatsApp (WATI) — to send OTPs and class reminders.
  • Email provider (Gmail SMTP) — to send transactional emails.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Your Rights

  • Access: request a copy of your data by emailing us.
  • Correction: update profile fields in-app, or email foundersoffice@soulsanskar.com.
  • Deletion: request account deletion. We retain minimal records (audit / legal) for up to 1 year.
  • Opt-out of marketing: toggle Promotional notifications off in Settings → Notification Preferences.

6. Security

Data at rest is stored in encrypted MongoDB clusters. All traffic is protected with TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and OTPs are SHA-256 hashed before storage. While no system is perfectly secure, we work continuously to keep your data safe.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We'll notify you before any material change to this policy. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
