Soul Sanskar is a wellness and education service. It is not a medical device, it is not a clinic, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

1. Everything in the app is information, not a prescription

Our classes, weekly plans, articles, reminders, trackers and the answers you get from SoulAI are general wellness and educational information. They are not medical advice and they are not tailored to your clinical history. Always talk to your own doctor before you act on anything you read or hear in the app, and never stop or change a treatment your doctor has prescribed because of something in the app.

2. Consultations and second opinions

“This is a second opinion for general guidance — not a substitute for your primary doctor or emergency care. Our team does not prescribe medicines.”

Our gynaecologists and nutritionists give guidance over chat. They do not examine you, they do not replace your treating doctor, and they do not issue prescriptions. Contact details you type into a consultation (emails or phone numbers) are hidden automatically for your safety.

3. Yoga, movement and breathing practices

Prenatal and postnatal practice plans are general guidance for a normal, uncomplicated pregnancy or recovery. Get your doctor's clearance before you start, especially after a C-section or if you have any complication. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness, bleeding, leaking fluid or reduced baby movement. You practise at your own risk, at home, without supervision.

4. Baby growth charts and vaccination reminders

Weight, height and head-circumference percentiles are plotted against the WHO Child Growth Standards and are for reference only — they are not a diagnosis.

“Your paediatrician's advice always wins.”

Vaccination schedules follow the India UIP/IAP schedule or the US CDC schedule depending on your country. They are reminders only; your paediatrician decides the actual schedule.

5. Emergencies

The app is not for emergencies and no one is monitoring it around the clock.

“For medical emergencies, please go to your nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.”
“What you described could be serious. Please contact your doctor immediately, or call emergency services.”

6. Who this service is for

Soul Sanskar is for adults aged 18 and over. Baby records are stored on behalf of the parent or legal guardian who created them.
